Oceans collide Smother the fragments begin brand-new Open your eyes Witness your faith in bloom Follow me inside (follow me inside) Drop the intention to do no harm Follow me inside (follow me inside) Inside out, inside out Overstayed our reception (delayed) Erase our deception (betrayed) There's no sign to hold on, there's no time, no time to stop Roads leading to where we'll see the truth Are we worthy, to live out freely? Will misunderstanding be our meaning? We've worked way too hard, to divide and fall apart This cycle focused on plights Will divide all our insights (insights) Still yearning for a taste of something new Full of life still burning for you Diverted a feeling, an empty soul Won't stop it from wandering, misleading us all This isn't the end of me, one by one There's no doubt, there's no doubt The pressure adored will soon return The lust of the war will be renamed All cut up and divided We live with the shame, live with the shame Am I worthy to live freely? Will misunderstanding be our meaning? Overcome the fault, we see through the flaws And your words bare no weight at all

Heavy Sun 02:58
This awful place is home and where I'll remain Until I can make myself whole again without you I move blindly, uncontrolled. You know that we know there's no hope There's nothing here for you. There's nothing here for you There's nothing here for you. There's nothing here for you Can you stay if it's pain? I won't say a thing Talk with guns drawn, never learn but why Whispered incisions, time on time Cutting words, delete reasons, show me no faith Nothing to believe in Can you stay if it's pain? I won't say a thing And when the smoke clears all the weapons splayed on the ground Not around, found in fear, olive branch out There's no love for us, all along couldn't be trusted Can you stay if it's pain? I won't say a thing And when the smoke clears all the weapons splayed on the ground Not around, found in fear, olive branch out

Mirrors 04:04
Was it all that you ever hoped for Did it bring you to your knees Pull the lore Restore the faith to the faithless Paint the face of the faceless Put me on, put me on, put me on, put me on On to something so gracious So thoughtful, so patient I'll forget all the troubles I've got, I've caused It all stays the same But in the mirror, we change We've seen better days My memories of this place Blend into one blurry line No time can free you from distaste Complacence and disgrace Again and again and again and again This is not an epiphany Can't seem to explain it No, I'm not sure But I can't wait to celebrate Having lost our crown Can you see us now It all stays the same But in the mirror, we change We've seen better days Under weight of the stars Can't control who we are Run away towards the light Pull the lore This is not what we're here for This is not what we're here for No, this is not what we're here for
4.
Cicada 03:44
Can you feel the wind beneath your hands Can you wield the weight of your head There's no fault if you fought The middle caught the blame Won't occupy the space The space between the lines Words spoken to ourselves The longest war so far Disturbance hidden in the frame Words spoken to ourselves The longest war so far Mine the substance that keeps you enslaved Stare at the void The void stares back See her eyes, hear her Words are war The longest war We face down Our demons now The truth hurts, no soft fall from grace The truth hurts, no soft fall from grace The truth hurts, no soft fall from grace The truth hurts, lies are worse The truth hurts, no soft fall from grace
5.
No Good Deed 05:36
Wrap it up Your silence is closure, at least enough for me Dragged through the dirt My name now a weapon used with a sleight of hand Patience is a gift I've never received Misguided fury, blinded by rage You're the judge and jury, persecute me Defend your own cause Prepare your own gauze The weakness you protect is the hatred you project Incriminate me Incriminate me Incriminate me Incriminate me Trust in the air of the world Dive into the earth, embrace the vibrations That carries us through the wind Patience is a gift I've never received Misguided fury, blinded by rage You're the judge and jury, persecute me Defend your own cause Prepare your own gauze The weakness you protect is the hatred you project Incriminate me Incriminate me Incriminate me Incrimnate me I'll rest easy knowing that I tried To elevate the pressures building up inside Where is my throne? Where is my throne I was promised at death? I've prayed at your altars, there's no heart in my chest Sold all my worth, my hopes, my dreams, my pride Was it not enough, was it not enough The screaming, the crying, the bleeding Held captive a slave to my own home Can someone tell me what's right or wrong I'm so confused, I'm so confused This can't be my only purpose of being I'll break free, become new Unleashing revelation (revelation) Revelation

The Wreckage 05:19
The wreckage ahead raised no signs of fear We're all stuck and complacent, always satisfied Are you really alive? Standing in lies won't hold you up To the standard that you want Still, we say - for you, I pray Why are you running through anguish? To never reach the other side There is no road to forgiveness Don't be surprised I don't claim to have the answers, but I know to always seek the truth So close to made, can you save me from my own The price that we hold at stake doesn't seem too high to me The words that we've chosen mold our shape They bind us now, the truth unveiled The words that we've chosen mold our shape They bind us now, the truth unveiled The truth unveiled Why are you running through anguish? We sin to live, we live to sin This is what we want, not what we need There's no sense of clarity I don't claim to have the answers, but I know to always seek the truth So close to made, can you save me from my own Run if you wanna live Push forth if you wanna stop Overcome all your punishment Overcome all your punishment Run if you wanna to live Push forth if you wanna stop Overcome all your punishment Overcome all your punishment Run if you wanna live Push forth if you wanna stop Overcome all your punishment Overcome all your punishment Run if you wanna live Push forth if you wanna stop

about

We Are Not Our Bodies is thrilled to announce the release of our latest album, "Eternal Dawn," which is out now.

Recorded at Timber Studios in August 2020 and June 2021, this album showcases our exploration of heavy music, blending elements of post-hardcore, shoegaze, and screamo. We are excited to finally share this musical journey with the world.

A huge shoutout is due to Adam Cichocki at Timber Studios for his exceptional work in recording, mixing, and mastering the record. His mastery in the studio pushed us to create a mature sound that we're immensely proud of, and we're honored to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Additionally, we want to express our deep appreciation to Piper Ferarri for creating the striking album artwork for both the singles and the record. Inspired by brutalist architecture, the art perfectly encapsulates the massive sound that you'll experience when you listen to the album.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has already listened to our other singles: "Heavy Sun," "Mirrors," and "Cicada." Your support and feedback have meant the world to us, and we can't thank you enough for being a part of this journey.
We poured our hearts and souls into crafting "Eternal Dawn," and we hope you can feel the passion and dedication in every riff.

So, without further ado, listen to "Eternal Dawn" on your favorite streaming platforms, and let us know which song resonates with you the most!
